Village house located in Porrúa (municipality of Llanes), between the Cuera mountain range and the Cantabrian coast at a distance of 5 km. from the villa llanisca and to 2 km. from the beaches of Celorio.
Area of intense livestock activity. This center has a covered bowling alley and a casino that serves as a library, a culture house, the Ethnographic Museum of Eastern Asturias, a sports court and a children's playground. Through Porrúa there are tourist routes both on foot, horse or bicycle duly signposted. In this town, its patron saint festivities, its famous medieval market, livestock exhibitions and fair stand out. The house of recent construction (2001) respects the architectural guidelines of the area but with all the comforts of a modern house.

The house consists of two plants. On the ground floor there is a large garage, service, kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, smoke extractor, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, juicer, blender, chopper, toaster, iron, crockery, kitchenware, cutlery, etc ... The living room has a sofa set and a TV cabinet.

You have three double rooms, one of them has a double bed with a large gallery. The other two rooms have two single beds, and one of them has a cot. All rooms have sheets, blankets, bedspreads and towels needed.
