This three-key rural apartment is located in a peaceful natural setting, just 5 kilometers from Ribadesella. In a newly built building, we have created three tourist apartments whose location allows you to enjoy relaxation and nature without sacrificing proximity to the coast, beaches, and the main attractions of eastern Asturias.
Newly built, this accommodation combines design, comfort, and functionality . It is fully equipped with appliances, kitchenware, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay, whether for weekend getaways or longer holidays.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV, a toilet , and a fully equipped kitchen , designed for guests to prepare their meals with ease. Appliances include a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and small appliances.
The first floor has two bright and spacious bedrooms . One room has a 1,50-meter double bed and a large window. The other room has two 90-cm single beds and a balcony with mountain views. There is a shared bathroom with a shower.
