8M events in Gijón
Gijón welcomes again the great demonstration of 8M, which will leave at 12 from the bullring and end at the Humedal. It will repeat the same route as in 2018, the year that hosted the great historic march. Under the motto "Our rights, our freedoms" it is intended to focus on the progress made and, at the same time, on the challenges still pending in our fight for women's rights.

El Saturday March 8In collaboration with the PDM, the mountaineer Raquel García Ceballos will participate in the Ruta de Los Palacios. The start will be at 10:00 am from the New Sports Centre in Pola de Siero.
At 10:30 a.m., in collaboration with Monvimiento Asturies 8M, it will leave from the Pola de Siero bus station the bus 'Rumbo a Gijón 8M'.
On Monday, March 10, at 19:30 p.m. in the Auditorium Theatre, the popularizer Beatriz Robles will give a talk on 'Food labelling: a compass to navigate the supermarket'. The activity is carried out in collaboration with the PDM. Free admission until full capacity is reached.
On Wednesday, March 12, starting at 19:30 p.m. at the Auditorium Theatre, dietician Shafikan DH Perea will give a talk on 'Food that takes care of your menstrual cycle and improves its farewell.' The activity is carried out in collaboration with the PDM. Free admission until full capacity is reached.
Finally, on Wednesday 19 March, starting at 12:00 noon in the Auditorium of the CPI in Lugones, the psychologist Isa Duque 'Psicowoman' will give the workshop 'Viva el amor del buen' for the students of the four secondary schools in Siero.
