La Cerezal I is a 19th-century farmhouse that was renovated in 1996 using fine materials (stone and chestnut and oak wood), following as closely as possible the typology of the region where it is located.
The ground floor comprises a living room with a fireplace , a dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper floor has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a hallway, and the typical south-facing corridor of Asturian houses , all constructed with quality wood and stone. This house is highly valued by carpenters and those who know their craft.
It is located in a wide valley at an altitude of 160 m and facing south, 4 km from the main road N-634 and surrounded by nature, meadows and native forest of oaks, chestnut and apple trees , it is common to see some roe deer or wild boar in the vicinity.
Together with other houses of the same ownership, they form a small village , very small and which can be seen on the website www.elsidron.com, allowing to accommodate groups of people normally up to 28.
