Finca el Palacio is a traditional Asturian farmhouse, fully restored while respecting its original character (as much as possible). Since 1994, it has been used as rural tourism accommodation in the Casa de Aldea category. Surrounded by gardens with abundant plants and fruit trees , it is a peaceful location offering panoramic views of the Sierra del Sueve to the north and the Montes de Piloña to the south. Situated within a large estate, it is separated from the other houses, ensuring privacy while remaining easily accessible (less than 2 km from the N-634).
FACILITIES
The house has three bathrooms, heating, kitchen, dining room, living room with TV and DVD, conservatory, corridor and on the ground floor another large living room. Outside there is a garden of more than 4000 m2 with furniture, terrace and barbecue covered. kitchen with: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances (toaster, blender, etc.), refrigerator and washing machine. A solar thermal installation complements the hot water.
ROOMS
Four double rooms, one of them with bathroom. Two beds of 0,90 in two rooms, two beds of 1 in another and one of 05 in the other. If necessary we have an extra room with two beds.
