Casa Generosa is a rural house complete with capacity for six people and that is offered in full rental mode, allowing its occupants to enjoy the rural tourism in Llanes and surroundings.
FACILITIES
· First floor: dining room, a cozy living room with fireplace and TV and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, hot water kettle, mixer, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, tv, ...).
· Second floor: it has two exterior double rooms with bathroom integrated in the room. They have a double bed. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and the highest quality hospitality products, and the rooms are warm and welcoming.
· Third floor: on this floor is the jewel of the house, a third double and attic room with full bathroom and a reading room that invites relaxation.
The house is equipped with central heating and hot water and has all the necessary utensils for your stay. All the interior walls are painted in colors combining with the stone and the rustic style of the house.
Outside there are a terrace with garden tables and chairs and views of the Sierra del Cuera as well as the house. Being a full rental, the house is closed so that guests can enjoy greater tranquility during their stay.
As part of the essence of rural tourism and by having the owners of a cattle ranch, clients can get to know agricultural and livestock tasks first-hand and the little ones can enjoy the farm animals.
Minimum reservation in low season de 2 nights, except bridges and Easter.
Minimum stay from July 1 to August 31. 5 nights minimum.
