An old stone house, over 100 years old , whose restoration has utilized traditional materials such as wood, curved tiles, and stone. Special attention has been paid to the decor to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of old country houses. The layout and decoration were designed by the owner.
Nestled in the central mountains of Asturias , in the Aller municipality, in the village of Serrapio, an incomparable setting of great tourist appeal. A typical Asturian village of 144 inhabitants with magnificent examples of vernacular architecture and well-preserved heritage. Our house is located 1 km from Cabañaquinta, 20 minutes from the San Isidro ski resort, 38 km from Oviedo, 70 km from the beach, and 95 km from the airport.

It has two floors: on the ground floor living room with fireplace and television, fully equipped kitchen (microwave with grill, ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, iron, coffee maker, and kitchenware), bathroom and double bedroom; On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, and a reading room. In addition, the house has heating and adjoining terrace.

· From Oviedo, Gijón, Avilés: A-66 silver highway in the direction of León. Take the exit to the AS-112 highway towards Moreda, Cabañaquinta, Puerto San Isidro. After the town of Santa Ana 500 m. on the left is the deviation to the town of Serrapio.
