Reconstructed 19th century village house respecting the traditional architecture of Asturias. You will find us at sograndius, exemplary town in 1998 to enjoy the relaxation of the countryside with the advantage of its proximity to the capital, Oviedo, only to 8 kms.

Our house is full rent and has two floors.
· On the ground floor is the living room with television, fully equipped kitchen with wood burning fireplace, and a bathroom with shower.
· On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and small appliances (electric coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer...)

Special Season: long weekends, holidays, Easter and Christmas.
Low Season: The rest of the year.
Minimum stay in High Season: 7 nights, July, August and September or subject to calendar availability.
