Cangas del Narcea hosts the Cangas Quality Wine Harvest Festival every year. This Festival of Tourist Interest of the Principality of Asturias offers a close-up look at the tradition and culture of Cangas wine. In 2026, it will take place from Friday, October 9th to Sunday, October 11th.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9
· 19:30 p.m. Opening of the Wine Harvest Festival. Town Hall Courtyard.
· 20:30 p.m. Twinning ceremony between the Northern Bluefin Tuna Brotherhood of Colindres (Cantabria) and the Wine Brotherhood of Cangas. Omaña Palace.
· 22:00 PM. Dinner for members and attending brotherhoods at La Perla Restaurant (Plaza Mayor, 3)

SATURDAY OCTOBER 10
· 9:00-10:30 a.m. Reception and breakfast for Chapter attendees. Brotherhood Headquarters (Bus Station).
· 10:45 Mass sung by the Cangas de Narcea Polyphonic Choir. Basilica of Santa Maria Magdalena.
· 11:30 a.m. Parade through the streets of Cangas de Narcea and family photo in La Roguerala Park, next to the Cachu.
· 12:30-13:30h. XXII Grand Chapter of the Brotherhood of Cangas. Toreno Theatre.
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11
· 11:30 a.m. Master Tasting given by Joaquín Gálvez Bouza «Wineman». La Perla Restaurant. Registration until October 5th, phone numbers: 98581 20 81 7559/ 17 39 70.
· 13:30-14:45h. Free time to enjoy the stalls of the Wine Harvest Festival.
· 15:00 PM. Gala Luncheon. At La Ribera del Narcea. (La Regla)
This year, there will be dancing for attendees after the meal. The Brotherhood will provide a bus for attendees to travel to the restaurant, departing from the Bus Station at 14:45 pm. Please be punctual.
· 18:30 Bus for the transfer to the Grape Treading event that will be held in the courtyard of the Cangas del Narcea Town Hall.
