It is the closest beach to the rural village of Villanueva de Pría, in Llanes. Is a small sand shell at the bottom of a narrow and elongated karst canyon, hence its name. If you add to its wonderful sand the landscape of the surrounding coastline and the spectacle of a nearby jester in the west, you will understand the interest aroused by this tiny beach, 25 meters wide and 300 meters long.
It does not have any service.
Access is pedestrian, the rolling is prohibited, through a path that starts from the town of Villanueva, therefore the number of visitors is scarce. The danger for swimming is very low, as the waters are very calm.
Length of the beach: 300 m.
Width of the beach: 25m.
Sands: fine and whitish color.
Accessibility: pedestrian.
Most important localities near the area: Villanueva de Pría and Nueva de Llanes.
