This championship seeks the best Asturian Pot in Spain. There is 3 phases:
1 · The public competition, where they will come to fill the restaurants, try their dishes, and vote to take them directly to the grand finale.
2 · The semi-final with a professional tasting, in which gourmets, critics, and professional chefs will try all the dishes in a blind tasting to select the best dishes for the final.
3 · The grand in-person final in Oviedo, on December 2, where the 15 best pots in Spain will present their proposals to a professional jury in a blind tasting, who will choose: The best Asturian Stew in Spain 2025
And the following Awards:
· Best Asturian Stew made with Foods from Paradise.
· Best Asturian Stew in the city of Oviedo.
· Best Asturian Stew chosen by the public.
