Vidiago cheese is made from cow's milk, without additives or preservatives. Its clean cut -no eyes- and soft texture make it a product of the most appreciated.
It has the quality brand "Queseros Artesanos" Launched in May 2014 at the national level. It is a Seal of Quality, distinctive for those products of artisan production as a guarantee that they meet the criteria for the production of artisan cheese.


Semi-cured cow's cheese, made in the llanisca town of Vidiago since 1940. In this year, the first Vidiago Artisan Cheese Factory was launched.


Weight: pieces of 300 gr. approx.
pasteurized cow's milk, rennet, dairy ferments and salt.
Features: Soft cheese made from whole pasteurized cow's milk. Classic round format, with natural, brushed or clean bark and straw yellow in color. The interior is closed, homogeneous, without eyes, with a soft and elastic paste, almost unctuous and of a faint yellow color. It is a smooth and frank cheese, between sweet and lactic, buttery and melting on the palate.


Conservation: keep refrigerated between 4º and 8º.
