Ganadería Casa Ramón is a family business with more than 30 years of tradition, located in an idyllic environment for raising livestock: the council of Salas, in the central-western area of Asturias. They are one of the few livestock farms that continue to practice transhumance in Spain: care and respect for their animals is essential throughout the entire process.
At the 'Casa Ramón Restaurant', located in Oviedo, it is possible to taste its products and the quality of traditional Asturian cuisine.

beef, onion, green pepper, red pepper, water, white wine (contains sulfites), garlic, extra virgin olive oil, chilli, bay leaf and salt.
