Homemade flavor

We serve it warm and it has a very homemade taste, the texture is juicy and the sauce complements it very well without overpowering the flavor of the bonito.

It's a shame that it's becoming less common in restaurants. I just spent my holidays in Asturias and have found it in a few places despite the long bonito season.

Surprising

I had never tried it before and it is very very tasty. It is a different way of savoring tuna from the north thanks to an excellent recipe. In addition, the can is almost half a kilo, it gives a lot of itself and you can share a good dish in good company.

Ingredients:
White tuna (Thunnus alalunga) (43%), onion, ham, piquillo peppers, egg powder, tomato, olive oil, white wine (contains sulphites), wheat flour (gluten), garlic and salt.

Net weight : 425 g.

How to use:
Heat the contents over low heat in a suitable pan or container and serve.
