Made with cow's and sheep's milk that they collect from suppliers in the Llanes area. After a maturation and smoking process, a special cheese is obtained, with a refined touch that everyone likes.


Weight: pieces between 500 gr. and 550 gr. approx. Its weight varies because it is handmade.
Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk (90%) and sheep's milk (10%), common salt, rennet and lactic ferments.
Features: semi-soft and buttery cheese, due to its short maturation of approximately 35 days.
Smoked with wood from Asturian forests.
Conservation: keep refrigerated between 3°C and 6°C.

    The cheese very rich. The only thing that seemed less weighty than advertised. I didn't put weight on the wrapper anyway. But very rich.
