Blue fish with high nutritional value
The xarda is caught in a traditional and sustainable way by the Asturian inshore fleet during the coastal season in March. In this preserve, it has the deliciously acidic and aromatic touch of the pickle. It allows different preparations in addition to direct consumption of the can. It has been made by Conservas Eutimio, a brand with a great artisan tradition located in the famous fishing village of Lastres.

Verdel fish caught on our coasts, in a mild homemade pickle, to eat as a dish or make salads, toasts, etc. Food prepared with heat treatment ready for consumption. Artisanal elaboration.
Ingredients: Verdel or Xarda (fish) 80%, pickled 20% (onion, red pepper, carrot, olive oil, white wine and wine vinegar (sulfites), salt, pepper and bay leaf.
Prepared by Eutimio Gastro, a centuries-old tradition that reflects the good work of the Lastres canning industry, once the engine of the local economy, especially in the first half of the 20th century.

· Made with olive oil and without preservatives.
· Expiry date: the expiration date of the product is 3 years from the date of manufacture.
· Allergens: fish, may contain traces of mollusks and crustaceans.
· Consumption: it is recommended to consume all content. The pickle along with its vegetables can be crushed and made a base for cold dishes or as a salad dressing along with the Verdel loins. Ideal with French fries or tomato, among other possibilities.
