In 2021, Asturadictos was born, a guide to falling in love with Asturias, a book written as if it were for the friends you'd like to take to the places in your homeland, to those corners that move you.

Más Asturadictos follows the same line, although with new perspectives, other destinations and other content.These pages are illuminated by the light of some beacons, though not all. There are viewpoints even at ground level, unique bars and shops steeped in history, villages that captivate you, stones that tell stories, rivers that take us to, or bring us back from, the sea; wonderful recreational areas with recipes included, and, of course, enough information to find delicious food in the nearly 90 recommended bars. Another new feature in Más Asturadictos is the spotlight on nearly 50 producers who, in rural areas, also "make Asturias" with their daily work.

More Asturadictos is written with love and gratitude for the land where I was born and where I am fortunate to continue living. Once in your hands, it will no longer be my book but yours, and then you will be the ones to write, like true Asturadicts, your own story. The story of your journey through this land. But I warn you, once you start, you won't be able to stop.

Ana Paz Paredes is a journalist and writer. His professional beginnings were in Antena 3 Radio, from where he went to the newspaper El Correo de Asturias. She was press officer of the Association of Hospitality of the Principality of Asturias and later joined the staff of the newspaper La Nueva España, where she works in the Asturias section. He is a specialist in rural issues of all kinds, gastronomy and tourist routes in the region.
