Our Rye Ale beer is inspired by Roggenbier, but interpreted in our particular way of Scone, with more than 30% Rye and almost 7º of alcohol, make this beer not leave you indifferent.
The maceration process is done in 3 temperature jumps in order to obtain, on the one hand, the greatest possible amount of fermentable sugars and, on the other, to work at a temperature that allows us to obtain non-fermentable sugars that leave a malt body in the beer. .
It comes in 33 cl bottles.
