· Cabrales PDO Cheese from the Rojo Prieto Cheese Factory
Certified Cabrales Cheese maker. With a gold medal at the World Cheese Awards, held in Oviedo in 2021.

· Casín PDO cheese from Quesería Redes, Case.
Certified producer of Casín Cheese. With a silver medal at the World Cheese Awards, held in Oviedo in 2021.

· Muscovite nougat, made at the Rialto Confectionery in Oviedo, one of the leading bakeries in the Principality of Asturias. "The classic Muscovite nougat" is covered with milk chocolate, "The dark muscovite nougat" is covered with dark chocolate. Both are made with selected marcona almond. Tablets intense flavor and high confectionery level. A real discovery for this Christmas.

· Assortment of canned Agromar, a centuries-old tradition that reflects the good work of the Asturian canning industry. This lot, among others, includes a can of Agromar's quality emblem: the caviar of orices, made from sea urchin roe; species from the cliffs, rocks and sea beds of the Cantabrian Coast. The orices are a very present product in haute restaurants that require a careful and careful selection.

· The best cider: The first Asturian apple brut nature developed by Trabanco: Golden Poma, is a sparkling natural cider under the Protected Designation of Origin "Sidra de Asturias". Valverán ice cider [20 apples] is the commitment to a special concept of table cider that today triumphs in the best restaurants in the world. A product that takes more than two years to reach the market and whose elaboration requires demanding temperature controls to reproduce in the press the effects that frost would have on the ointment. Only an exclusive limited edition is bottled.
