Santolaya rice pudding
Company that since 2003 is focused on elaboration of artisan dairy products, mainly rice pudding and yogurt, made from fresh milk from a cattle ranch in Cabranes, its municipality.
Cabranes is a place where it has always been known to transform the milk of the cows, which graze in this privileged natural environment; rice pudding is a hallmark of this Asturian area, organizing a festival every year in honor of this dessert so deeply rooted in regional culture.
