Our apartments are located 100 meters from Sablón beach , in the center of Llanes, but in a quiet area. They are new apartments and all have exterior views.
We like to differentiate ourselves by taking care of the details, from the equipment in the apartments to the information we provide about the area; we are available 24 hours a day to our clients.
The two-person studio apartment is located on the second floor. It features a double bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, and a kitchen/living/dining area. It is all exterior-facing, with a spacious terrace offering views of the mountains and the town.
Our 3-person apartments are located on the first and third floors. They feature a spacious double bedroom with a 1,50m bed and a single bedroom with a trundle bed. When the lower mattress is pulled out, it takes up the entire width of the room, making it unsuitable for two adults or older children for extended stays.
Our 4-person apartments feature one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. They are all exterior-facing with a spacious terrace overlooking the mountains and the town center.
All have heating and television.
