The Inguanzo rural apartments are located in a traditional building of the beautiful village of Villanueva de Pría, coastal town that belongs to the San Jorge Valley, in the northwest of the council of Llanes. The place is ideal for those who seek tranquility and rest. At the disposal of our guests is a closed property of one thousand square meters.
In our rural complex you will find a hórreo, typical Asturian construction where the harvest was once kept, which serves as reception.

Each apartment has capacity for four people. All are exterior and sunny, with panoramic views of the meadows and the Sierra de Cuera.
Each of our apartments is fully equipped, with full bathroom, kitchen-living room with ceramic hob, microwave and refrigerator; heating in all rooms, household linen, kitchenware and independent garden furniture for each apartment.
In the garden there is a trampoline for children to enjoy outdoors.
We also have a composter for organic waste.

The Inguanzo apartments are perfectly located to, from them, organize dozens of interesting visits through the eastern region of Asturias: Llanes and Ribadesella to 10 minutes in a car and the Picos de Europa to 30 minutes. You will also have access to the cities of Oviedo, Gijón or Santander, less than an hour away.
In the environment of Villanueva you can enjoy one of the most amazing cliffs of the Cantabrian, including spectacular waterfalls (jesters), forts and beaches (more than a dozen within a radius of 10 kilometers around). The visitor will be surprised by this area, whose fertile land has been used for agriculture and livestock for centuries. Pastures and fruit trees, hunting, fishing and panoramic views everywhere in a myriad of landscape contrasts. Nearby There is a coastal path with a good number of enclaves to know how the places Meda, Pozo Redondo, playa de Canal, la Moría or El Castru.
