Our house for tourist use is located in a building from 2002. It is about 200 meters from the port area, very close to the Atalaya beach and 1 km from the beach of Santa Marina. A quiet environment with sea views. All exterior. It is a fourth floor with elevator.
It has a large kitchen-dining room (equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a fridge, a dishwasher, kitchenware, small appliances, a microwave, etc.), a living room with a television. It has two bedrooms, one with a 150 cm bed and another bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub. There is also another bathroom with a shower.
You have parking space in the same building, which is a plus in the summer season.
Towels and bed linen are provided. A cot is available upon request.

Until March 26, 2026, the price per night for a stay in our apartment is €135. The minimum stay is 3 nights.
For stays on other dates or durations, please ask us for a price quote.
Low season, January 1 to March 28 and October 1 to December 31. Minimum stay 3 nights. From the 4th night onwards, the price per night will be €125,00, starting from the first night.
Mid-season: April 5th to June 30th and September. Minimum stay: 3 nights, except for September, when the minimum stay is 5 nights. From the 4th night onwards, the price per night will be €140,00, starting from the first night.
HOLY WEEK, MARCH 29 TO APRIL 5. MINIMUM STAY 7 NIGHTS. PRICE, €155,00/NIGHT.
