At Angleiru Restaurant, they are experts in mushrooms. Their specialty, renowned even beyond Asturias, is grilled mushrooms, prepared according to a family recipe created over forty years ago. They carefully select each variety, marinate them for three days in their special marinade, and grill them over holm oak charcoal, always striving for the perfect point of tenderness so they are juicy and full of flavor.
