1.2 “ THE PLUS PLAN ” , with an annual cost of €220 including VAT, allows the Subscriber to access the advertising services of Asturias.com for one (1) calendar year, counted from date to date, that is, from the day the subscription is contracted until the same date of the following year (for example, if the service is contracted on January 9, the subscription will end on January 9 of the following year).
1.3 The characteristics of BOTH ADVERTISING PLANS are described in detail at the URL https://asturias.com/publicidad/ , and the contracting process also visually clarifies how users of these plans can interact with their advertising, in their own administrator environment, where they can modify contact information, services, rates, photographs and offers or promotions.
1.4. The PHOTO GALLERY illustrating the advertising space of the contracting parties will be provided by the establishment, supplying high-quality images that are their property. If needed, asturias.com can carry out a complete photo shoot starting from €65.
1.5 Your own website hosting refers to responsive and updatable web pages created by asturias.com, synchronized with the same administration panel used for your advertising on our portal. This includes your presence on asturias.com with all services, as well as the annual cost of hosting your standard website. The client's website, expressly linked to the databases of our asturias.com portal, depends entirely on our portal for proper functioning. Therefore, the contracting of this website does not, under any circumstances, include access to the programming and design once the service contract has ended.
1.6 Once the REGISTRATION PROCESS is complete , the Subscriber will receive a confirmation of the subscription in the email account they provided. The subscription will be considered finalized, and the service of the contracted plan will be activated, only from the moment the Subscriber effectively makes the payment.
1.7. The PAYMENT DATA provided by the Subscriber is collected reliably and securely by one of the world's most established companies in direct online payments: Stripe , an internet payment infrastructure with all the necessary permissions and resources to manage and protect your company's data and combat fraud. The Subscriber's information may only appear on bank statements, invoices , and receipts, in compliance with the most stringent standards. The Stripe platform detects whether authentication is required. If so, it uses 3D Secure 2 to authenticate the customer using a unique access code or biometric ID, depending on the bank's requirements. Only once the customer's identity has been confirmed via 3D Secure can the card be charged.
1.8 SUBSCRIPTION MODIFICATION. Within their administration panel, (in addition to canceling the service or updating the information in all sections of their advertising) the Subscriber may update their payment method or modify their access data to their private space on Asturias.com whenever they wish.
1.9 ADVERTISING INFORMATION. It is understood that the descriptive text of the establishment, as well as the photographs provided and other information relating to rates, services, location, and contact details, are public and intended for promotional purposes within asturias.com. In any case, Wamba Media S.L. reserves the right to modify or remove any part of this "information" that could infringe upon the rights of third parties or companies. Likewise, Wamba Media S.L. reserves the right to modify certain aspects of the advertising in order to maintain the portal's stylistic guidelines and an appropriate graphic image. In particular, we will correct the overuse of capital letters in the text, poor spelling, or low-quality photographs.
2. At the end of the contract period , the advertising subscription to asturias.com will be automatically renewed for successive periods of the same duration, unless the Subscriber voluntarily cancels it (at any time) through their administration panel. The Subscriber may also notify Wamba Media SL of their intention not to renew at any time during the subscription period. Your company's advertising information (excluding payment details) will be retained in case of future subscription renewals, provided we have your authorization, as we recognize the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection (ARCO+), as outlined in our privacy policy.
