Salguero de Abajo rural house is a typical Asturian village house located in the vicinity of Gijon, Avilés and next to Oviedo. Recently restored and with the category of three trisquels under the Agro-tourism regime, the highest category than the Principality of Asturias granted to this type of houses.
The house is composed of two floors has ability to 14 people being able to increase place with the supplementary service.
Outside the house has a large quintana in which we can find a centennial granary, an old laundry room and the garden area with barbecue and rest area.
Two minutes from the house are our beautiful beaches, trails and routes. They have different means of transport (train, bus, taxi ...) with long hours that pass through the vicinity of the accommodation. To make your visits, excursions ... without having to take the car.
