Casa Rural Salguero de Abajo is a typical Asturian village house located near Gijón, Avilés , and close to Oviedo . Recently renovated, it holds the highest rating of three trisqueles (agritourism symbols) awarded by the Principality of Asturias for this type of accommodation.
The house consists of two floors and can accommodate 14 people, with the possibility of increasing the number of beds with the extra bed service.
Outside, the house has a large farmhouse where we can find a centuries-old granary, an old washhouse and the garden area with barbecue and rest area.
Our beautiful beaches, trails, and routes are just two minutes from the house. Various transportation options (train, bus, taxi, etc.) are available with frequent service, passing close to the accommodation. This allows you to easily visit, go on excursions, and more without needing a car.
