In a newly constructed building, we have designed three tourist apartments, whose location allows you to enjoy relaxation and nature without sacrificing proximity to the coast, beaches, and main attractions of eastern Asturias. Cerecera 1 is a three-key rural apartment , designed to provide maximum comfort for guests and with the advantage of being only 5 kilometers from the town of Ribadesella.
To make you feel at home from the moment you arrive, the accommodation offers well-maintained spaces and complete amenities . Its kitchen, appliances, and all the everyday essentials allow you to comfortably enjoy both a short stay and a longer vacation.
This apartment, Cerecera 1, can accommodate five people.
Separate entrance with a small garden and furnished porch . On the ground floor, just inside the entrance, there is an open-plan kitchen and living area with a large flat-screen TV, a spacious bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility, and at the back, a bedroom with a 1,35m double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests to prepare their meals with ease and includes all necessary utensils, a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and small appliances—everything you could need!
Going up to the first floor, we find two spacious and bright bedrooms, each with its own bathroom . One bedroom has a 1,60-meter double bed, a large window with mountain views, and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two 90-cm single beds and a large window. A lovely private bathroom with a shower completes the facilities.
Surrounded by rural scenery and away from the hustle and bustle, this apartment is an excellent option for relaxing, disconnecting, and discovering Ribadesella and its surroundings. It also has its own parking space for easy travel around the area.

The area also offers hiking trails, canoeing down the Sella River, water sports and numerous excursions to nearby villages, mountains and natural landscapes such as Cangas de Onís or Covadonga.
