Oyster Festival, Thursday 2
· 18:30 p.m. – 22:30 p.m. Natural oyster tasting by local producers and gastrobar to benefit the Castropol Sea Club in the festival tent.
· 19:00 p.m. Performance by the Penedón de Castropol Bagpipe Band.
· 19:30 p.m. Official opening of the Festival in the tent located in the port of Castropol.
Appointment as ambassador of Castropol Oysters grown in the Eo Estuary to Mrs. Carmen Rodríguez Rodríguez, head of the aquaculture department of the Castropol Fisheries Experimentation Center.

· 17:00 p.m. Talk “Birds and oysters, the fascinating history of oystercatchers” by Don Carlos Mario Wagner at the Castropol Culture House.
